Love it!!!!! The dual direction is definitely the best idea. I always have trouble wearing normal grip socks since my foot will slide inside the sock while doing heavy spring workouts. They are great socks. Your feet do not move at all when in the reformer. I also really like the grips in the inside of the socks they really hole your foot.
