Love it!!!!! The dual direction is definitely the best idea. I always have trouble wearing normal grip socks since my foot will slide inside the sock while doing heavy spring workouts. Socks slid around on my foot and I do not have a small or narrow foot. Tried to return due to the advertised “30 day no hassle free trial”…. I think most would agree that free trial implies you can actually try the socks. When I went the website to process the return, I was informed that socks that have been unpackaged are ineligible for return. Also, “no hassle” implies it is easy, but returning the unworn socks requires me to pay overseas shipping costs. I definitely feel like this was false advertising. I communicated all Of this to customer service and the company did offer me a 30% reimbursement to just keep the socks. I chose to do this as return shipping would have been over half the cost of the socks. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
