Love these socks, I do pilates 8 times a week, and I used to use the cheap $5 per pair only gripping on the outside but didn't realize there was a way to keep gripper socks from slipping on the inside, and what a difference it makes. You feel more secure and confident, and in being so, your workouts are more intense, and there fore being secure your not concentrating on accidentally slipping, and when you don't have to think about slipping your concentration on your core building and muscle coordination, is centralized to only thinking about your muscles.
