The strap is adjustable and very cute! The double grip socks can stay on the feet while I am practicing yoga on mat or practicing pilates on the reformer. It's the best pilates socks I have ever tried!
Love these! Dual grip is the absolute best! No more slipping out of my Pilates sock at very inopportune times. I can keep my moves throughout with these sock. And really, they are sooooo cute!

I love my new socks, the grip inside and out is as good as they advertise it to be!
I was anxious about trying a "new" Pilates sock. I can honestly say that my foot didn't slip, slide or loose traction while doing Mat Pilates. I usually have to put my sock back on my foot during a session, but not with the Elliosa sock.
