Just started taking classes where we stand on the reformer and knew I had to up my sock game. These have been a game changer!
As a pilates instructor, I see the performance of hundreds of grip socks from all brands. Safety is my #1 priority when it comes to grip performance. It makes me so nervous when I have students standing on the reformer, and they are adjusting their stance when socks start to roll on their feet (the outside grip sticks, but feet are sliding inside their socks). The dual-direction grip is amazing!

As great as the originals are, these are now my favorite/go to and I am telling everyone at the studio about them!! With my orthopedic issues, I need to be very deliberate with my movements etc., and count on the grip. 10/5!
These duel grip socks are a game changer for my barre classes. My feet do not slip at all! Even during side planks! I recommend them to all the class! I love them!!
I love these dual action socks for Pilates! I've always noticed my feet slipping inside the sock and these seem to totally address that issue. I hope they are durable - I'm handwashing and no dryer to help them last.
These socks don't mess around. no slipping or sliding here. This is also after only a few washes. I find that most grippy socks from any brand lose their grip over time after many cycles in the washe. I will report back after many more washes in case anything changes but so far, so good!

I've actually only worn these socks once and have not washed them yet so I can't speak to how well they wash. The socks feel very well made and material does not feel thin or flimsy. Wore them to class this morning and they did a great job gripping. I was also concerned about the dual grip only coming in one size. I wear a 7 in shoes and had no problem with the socks being too big. Maybe it's the grips on the inside, but I felt they were a perfect fit.

Everything I could have hoped for! I have terrible balance and often find myself sliding around on the Lagree machine. These double sided rubber grip socks have given me a bit more stability. I will be purchasing more!

These socks are fabulous- I have a UK size 3 which makes getting socks that fit really difficult. These are snug even for me and with the non slip surface inside as well as out gives an amazing grip, you feel like your feet are stuck to the mat. You can feel the quality and they look fantastic too! Will definitely buy again 😊

So far, so good! I bought them because I almost fell on my face doing planks because my feet were slipping. I've used these socks in two Pilates reformer classes so far. Excellent grip on the footbar and no sliding when doing planks on the mat. I had my doubts about one size fits all but they do fit my size 10 US feet just fine.
So cute! Also I felt so secure in class doing standing exercises on the reformer. Really a game changer- I wasn’t having to death grip the foot bar scared to fall. The grippies on the socks were amazing. They are thick and good quality. I was nervous that they only come in one size since I’ve been burned by Amazon socks that were WAY too big in the past, but these fit perfectly on my size 7 feet. Really impressed with them and glad I got the 8 pair bundle because now I’ve got a nice collection. If I only got the one pair, I’d be ordering more and have to wait for em. Today was my first time wearing dual grip Elliosa socks and I am SO impressed! My foot stayed put AND my sock stayed put too. Solidly planted just where I put it on the reformer.
