These are adorable grip socks and the inner grip is perfect for doing anything standing on the reformer. I was able to stretch further because of how steady I felt. Amazing socks.

All of the Pilates socks I ordered from Elliosa are fantastic! They really do grip my feet on the inside and outside. They help me to maintain my planks and I don’t feel as though my feet are going to slip out from under me. Plus these socks are so darn cute!!! Great product!!
