Elliosa socks are amazing. I used mine for the first time this week and I could not believe the difference. I do Reformer Pilates regularly and the normal grip socks slip all over the place. Standing series is particularly hard as my feet slip inside the sock and make me quite unsteady. Standing series today - new ball game! I now actually feel the correct muscles working because I'm not having an all out battle with my socks. Elliosa - brilliant!

The dual direction socks are the best! I feel MUCH more confident doing standing work on the reformer because my feet never slide inside the socks.
