Here at Speedex we aim for the highest customer satisfaction possible, that's why we have a "no hassle" 30 day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return your order just contact us and we will be happy to help! When returning your order please make sure it has been no longer than 30 days since receiving it and it is unused, in its original packaging and condition as to when it arrived. You will be responsible for any shipping fees occurred when returning an order and you must provide us with a tracking number. Once we have received your return please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@speedexwireless.com providing your name, order number and the issue with the product. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the returned unit is faulty or defective, we will issue a full refund. If the unit is working then we will return the blender to your shipping address unless otherwise stated. Please note, we cannot issue a refund if there is nothing wrong with the unit and it has been used.

 

Order Cancellation

If after ordering you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours. We are unable to cancel any orders after 12 hours.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Please also note that if returned product gets damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly or by any means, then you may not be eligible for a full refund.
