Every grip sock works the same way: rubber on the outside, smooth fabric on the inside.
The outside grips the reformer fine. The inside, against your actual skin, has nothing holding it in place.
So your foot slides inside the sock the whole class. You readjust, lose your footing mid-plank, and start wondering if it's actually you. It's not.
