Product is fine, delivery was terrible. Took 3 days to get dispatched, then 8 days to get delivered. It was for a birthday present and I had to give it many days later, I don’t expect to have to to wait 11 days to get something delivered from the UK that is marked as in stock. This timeframe exceeds your stated one.
